Okay now we all know each other we'll tell you the story of how Elliott's Started.
Corky grew up in Guersey where he met his wife Alex (former Waitress). They both moved to London, where Corky worked his way up in the culinary world. In 2007, Corky, Alex, daughter Kelly and Corky's mum, Carol, moved altogether to the Algarve where we started Elliott's and brought up its success. Many years of hard work and a lot of staff we have finally created the perfect family here at Elliotts.
